    -Flexible time schedule
    -A very understanding management
    -Very little stress involved

    - Inefficient management when it came to work placement
    - Located in a very small city (Lexington)

    Law school deans and leadership are supportive of faculty
    Great opportunities for scholarship and creativity

    Cons

    School has dropped in U.S. News rankings and there has been some turnover, but it will recover

    Advice to Management

    Don't worry about U.S. News, stay focused on turning out great lawyers

    Location: hard for traveling and not enough dining/shopping options

    Professors are awesome. Will help you improve a lot

    Cons

    Greek life. Social life sucks if you do not drink or party.

    Advice to Management

    Organize more activities for non greek students

    This school offers various great on-campus positions that are well-paid but don't take too much time and efforts. A small community where everybody is willing to help!!

    Cons

    If you do not have financial aid when you enroll, you will not be given any jobs on campus!

    I worked at Washington and Lee part-time

    Pros

    Job provides option of direct deposit or checks. Employers typically are very flexible with hours as well. Most positions are easy to obtain.

    Cons

    If you select check, you have to pick them up from the business office which is far from campus.

    Pros

    Very friendly work environment that caters to the needs of the individual with a family. Absolutely gorgeous area of the country, as it is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of the Shenandoah Valley in southern Virginia.

    Cons

    Pay could be higher, especially with the tuition that is charged to the students.

    Great opportunities for student employment within academic departments and staff, friendly offices and nice facilities

    Cons

    Work study jobs can be mundane, you're often paid to wait around to be told what to do. Lots of copymaking and the like.
