    the parties are an excellent to attend

    Cons

    The claim that integrity is part of their core values but district level management does not live by this. They fudge dates and number to make it look like they are meeting numbers, you are just a number.

    Advice to Management

    Be more active! Surveys do not tell the truth get the managers out of the room and get the real story.
