    Pros

    Regular Monday through Friday schedule.
    Management is very flexible/understanding with scheduling and time off.
    Good pay and great benefits.
    All around great working environment; great group of people.

    Cons

    We are often short handed.

    Advice to Management

    Consider preparing for extra help during the busiest seasons.
