    Pros

Each site is tan independently, allows each site to do what is best for them as well as support local community.

    Cons

Could have terrible management at site level and next couple of rungs that make it impossible for growth both for the company and employees.

    Advice to Management

Keep your finger on the pulse of the little people at each site.

    Pros

Good starting pay as a mechanic with only a few years of experience, mostly good people to work with and to work for, good benefits

    Cons

Too much work for the amount of people we had. Often had to have people from locations that were hours away come and help with the workload.

    Advice to Management

Take a good look at the smaller locations and make sure they're getting all the same help/treatment as the larger locations.
