Decent work, but high turnover environment

Newer manufacturing facility and offices; the work is interesting; compensation is competitive for the local market

Cons

Often more time spent "putting out fires" than doing strategic work. "Promotion from within" necessary because of the high rate of turnover. Management decisions were often erratic or contradictory, leading to a tense work environment. Teamwork talked about a lot, but not executed well. Negative culture.

It could be a good job for tech newbies.

Cons

Old fashioned work place, very unorganized and strong lack of leadership. People in determined departments are very rude not mention the lack of good manners. Very poor training

- No upward mobility - Upper management avoids connecting with the company (when they are there) - Poor decision making systems (when they actually make a decision) - No "vision" of where the company is going - Too much "fire fighting"
