    Pros

As a small family owned business you can really have an impact on the way things are run. The door is always open to management.

    Cons

As a business that sells a luxury item door to door, customers tend to be very demanding. The potential meltdown is right around the corner. Always.

    Advice to Management

Establish professional boundaries within the sales force, and hold them to account. Inner Company Communications tend to be inadequate leading to a sense that no one really knows what is going on.

  2. "Extremely unprofessional call center"

    Neutral Outlook

    Pros

Affiliated with a reputable national company that provides a good service. Productivity goals were reasonable. Good scripts to use.

    Cons

Some of the telemarketers along with the supervisor spent a lot of time joking, gossiping, laughing and talking very loudly all through the work day. It was common to hear obscene and racial comments. Workers were expected to participate or tolerate.

    Advice to Management

Realize that something is deeply wrong when 7 telemarketers in a row quit within a couple days of starting. It is a management problem.
