    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Close knit of workers that are there to ask for help when needed.
    New Laptops provided for consultants.
If you are sick you can work from home on most occasions,

    Cons

Everything else, you are made to work from 8:45 to 6pm every day even if you have nothing to do, which takes a toll.
They pay everyone a low salary for the first few years.
This is not real management consulting, just a software firm that pretends it is.
There is no real value added for clients when they ask analysts to do a job simply because extremely low training is provided, most of it is "learn as you go along".
Only 20 days holiday, hardly any benefits.

    Bad Company

    Advice to Management

Take it easy on your staff, they shouldn't have to work late if there is nothing to do and also train them and provide competitive salaries
