WW has a very comfortable culture. It is not at all unusual for junior staff to connect with senior leadership. Leadership places a high priority on both taking care of client needs and innovation. The Associate Development Council is a perfect example of how leadership prioritizes the needs of associates. The recent global rollout of performance management is another example. John Haley has done a very good job of managing the company through difficult times. I anticipate that WW will manage the current economic times better than most organizations.
