    I worked at Wawa part-time (More than a year)


    Great discounts, fast-paced working environment, got to talk to/meet many people. The manager was friendly and the staff were very welcoming


    Very demanding job with little pay, never had a concrete schedule it always changed. This made it impossible to make plans in advance. Did not get a choice of when I wanted to work either

    Advice to Management

    Be more open to communication and understanding about scheduling work hours, provide days off, be more helpful to employees when it gets crowded
