      Pros

      Learn how to really manage people, many classes to learn emotional intelligence, how to understand sales and the business. Pay, bonuses, benefits, insurance, stocks, all worth it.

      Cons

      The amount of things that falls under each manager (and even associates) can be overwhelming. Company constantly throwing new things at us and then not ensuring they are ready on their end (new promos that don't ring up at the register, new items that don't ring up at the register, new recipes that can't be ordered on the touch screens). Slow technology; their mobile app for customers is a constant issue at the registers, sometimes the app breaks our register, computers in the training room and manager's office so slow you can't train or get work done. 24 hour business for a manager means very poor work/life balance.

      Pros

      decent pay good benefits if you can get to a year or make it to night supervisor role which depending on the store isnt that hard, as overnight is a position thats always in need. usually end up in a position of family like coworkers

      Cons

      overnight is always in need consistently understaffed and harshly judged for the job they do with less than an a third of the staff that normally run the buisness. if you work for overnight which you will if you want to move up, expect lots of hard days where you end up passing out on the couch when you get home and nearly zero recognition for dealing with all you have to do with no back ups.

      - flexible -good pay -coworkers really awesome - management is very understanding -fast paced, shift goes by in a blink
