    Pros

Reapect for employees is top of the line. Go above and beyond for each and every single team member. Positive atmosphere

    Cons

Scheduled employees call out and it makes work a little more challenging. Nothing unachievable though, sky is the limit.

    Advice to Management

Keep your head up, stay organized. Gain respect from employees in a proper manner, step in and get down and dirty right next to them. Goes a long way.

I worked at Wawa full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, pay. The company is great to work for, but some of the lower management is not great.

    Cons

The job will stagnate if you dont' spend quality personal time outside the office with your peers. Not good work/life balance. Lower management does not seem to want to promote you unless you do favors for them outside of work (help take care of their animals or take them to lunch etc.

    Advice to Management

Treat everyone equally and promote qualified people not based on what they do for you outside of work, not everyone wants to be your friend or work on your home projects with you on their off hours.
