I have been working at Wawa part-time

    Pros

My job always keeps me occupied and busy. My coworkers are friendly and all put in an effort to get the job done and get through the day.

    Cons

I dislike that I am not getting enough hours to work and that they don't consider my opinions too often.

    Advice to Management

You have to see from everyone's point of view and understand that everyone should get a say or at least a voice in what they desire to do or what they are going to encounter throughout the day.

I have been working at Wawa full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Well- lit and safe stores, the company's 6 core values do trickle down to lower levels of associates, most of the employees are awesome, employee stock option, matching 401k, medical and dental benefits,

    Cons

Not enough labor allowed to run the shifts to get all the work completed in a timely manner. Having 2 people in the store on third shift while the third associate is outside doing tasks is inefficient and impossible to get all the overnight tasks completed. Management could use help in making stores a fun, productive and mutually beneficial environment. The employees could be much more professional and courteous to each other. Hard to understand how to find items on their website (not very user-friendly).

    Advice to Management

Make the website more user-friendly, have 360 evaluations on management and create motivation for workers to move up in the company.
