    Pros

    Pays well, lots of opportunity to move up in management, weekly paychecks, days go by fast with how busy they are

    Cons

    Sometimes too many hours, managers chose favorites, if you call out sick (even if you're actually sick) your hours get cut the next week, on your feet all day long

    Advice to Management

    Don't choose favorites, if someone gets fired-there's a good reason-don't rehire them!

    Pros

    Pay and hours. That's about it from this lying company. Do not believe anything they say about family values or how much they care about you

    Cons

    Heartless upper management. They preach family values but it's only for show. If you are a GM that they like then you will be ok. Some managers get away with stealing and not doing their job. Not consistent at all. Terrible heartless company

    Advice to Management

    Practice what you preach. Stop making people believe you care about family

    Interact more with your employees. Try not to make us feel so replaceable, although I do understand that, ultimately, we are. Still we are real people also.

    Pros

    amazing associates, teamwork, 3rd shift, 40 hour weeks, can request off whenever, paid time off after a year

    Cons

    they say you will get tuition reimbursements but that is after one year of work full time and if you get state grants Wawa will deny you the reimbursement.

    Advice to Management

    Be sure you want to do it. They expect you to snitch on other associates to move up. Attendance can make or break you moving up.

    Great pay, potential to move up in the company, meet lots of great people.

    Cons

    They let their customers verbally abuse their workers which makes for an highly stressful work environment.

    Advice to Management

    Its okay to let customers know abuse wont be tolerated from either sides. They wil not stop shopping there because the products are wonderful.

    Flexible work schedule. Anytime I was home from college; I was able to pick up hours.

    Cons

    Hourly wages are very low.

    Good company, increase hourly wages and offer more hours to full-time employees.

    Pros

    Just amazing what Wawa has to offer their employees I really loved working here. This job helped me to connect with people after coming out of the military.wawa is amazing because this company allows growth and if you have what it takes to grow with Wawa they will make it happen.

    Cons

    Cutting hours when business is slow.

    Advice to Management

    I loved my management they stuck with me till my last day at work. My boss did not want to see me go I loved this place. I also have to say when choosing new up and coming managers watch who you pick for these positions. I got to see some picks that managers made that did not work out so well.
