I worked at Wawa full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

ESOP , medical benefits and on boarding / train- ning

    Cons

So, so many. Work life balance is horrible. Be prepared to work till 6 am due to call outs only to return to work 3pm that same day. Barely enough time to sleep, shower and eat, forget about any thing else you might need to do.

    Advice to Management

Store managers are miserable, all of you need to find different careers!! Corporate who sets the rules and establishes operations are greatly disillusioned to reality. Their expectations are as unrealistic as the allotted hours provided to accomplish daily tasks. Any one who works for Wawa will be multi tasked to the point of inefficiency, physical exhaustion and emotional collapse. PERIOD.
