Pros
the 4 10 schedule really helps with having a personal life outside of work. The supervisors and leads are down to earth very easy to talk to when you have an issue or just to speak with overall. They have started training for leads and supervisors.
Cons
Lack of communication between departments and shifts. Lack of overtime opportunities. Point system is bad after 6 points you get fired it takes over 6 months to recover a point with no ability to have points removed with anything other than time. Does not seem like a job that will provide you with experience and knowledge to progress in your careers.
