    Pros

Good pay, great employee's, benefits are good

    Cons

Understaffed, over worked, some management not really qualified, favoritism, job bids are to fo off seniority and knowledge but they do not do that. If hurt you still have to work even if it their fault.

    Advice to Management

Need much improvement I been there 2years and i am veey disappointed in how you treat tpur employee's at time. And I'm more than sure your employee's that veen there for years are as well. But they need a job and have to work. Some of them scared to speak up. Well I'm speaking for them. You have to do better for your hard working employee's. They non appreciate, half majority of the time they don't want to be there. They was some of you speak to them is uncalled for. Leave your egos at home on the night stands when you come to work. Some of you feel like just because you have a title you can treat us like minions, we are not. Step up do the right thing you once was in our spot.

I have been working at Wayne Farms LLC full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good pay in the right positions. They offer great benefits and have an onsite nurse

    Cons

Everyone isn't treated fairly, the plant is cheap and doesn't give maintainance the proper equipment to keep the plant safe. For example no one order correct pipe fittings and chemicals got in someone eyes and could have caused them to be blind

    Advice to Management

My advice would be to treat all employees with the same rules and regulations across the board. During my time employed at Wayne Farms, I saw several situations that employees who were supervisors favorite employee got special treatment compared to a new employee or an employee that kept to themselves and didn't interact with management as some of the brown nosers did.

I worked at Wayne Farms LLC (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good starting pay compared to most smaller poultry plants.
    Guaranteed 40hrs. a week.

    Cons

Got a vibe that most supervisors/trainers on 2nd shift really got carried away with the little power that they have.

    Advice to Management

If you don't have enough employee's; don't over work the current employee's that you currently have. That's how people quit.

Paid on a weekly basis and also given a paid personal day for your birthday if you choose to take it off.

Lots of gossiping among upper management and supervisors

If an associate speaks to you regarding a concern, keep it professional. Management should not be gossiping amongst other managers and associates about the situation.
