    Wayne farms had good health benefits

    Hire who they want...and will bad mouth you. And yeah I would reccomend a friend if they haven't work there before

    Stop showing favortism and hire people dat r really out here trying to work and that will work.

    Co workers treated you like family. The year was 2005 not 2012

    Cons

    One manager told me things you should not tell another human being, but in general a nice place to work.

    Be careful how and what you say to employees, I blew it off, most employees would not.

    Benefits after 60 days, 40+ hours weekly

    Cons

    It is hard to go to appointments or thing you have to do because they give you a point for taking off but if you need to leave early they point you and if you leave and come back but it take long that 4 hours, they point you

    Great people to work for. Excellent learning process. Learning your skill better and studying can bring more pay.

    Could be more competitive with maintenance wages.

    Without employees, you have no business. Listening to their suggestions, could reap great rewards and more pacification.

    it was best for me to understand the way the chickens are processed in a productive manner and seeing this as the result in great product believing in great customer satisfaction

    Advancement tied to who you know
    Salary was lower than most other companies in the industry

    Listen to your people
    Manage based on the needs of your local people and not exclusively what is in best corporate interest
    Be more appreciative of the effort put forth by your employees
