    Laid Back Environment to work in. people are Nice

    Cons

    Takes forever to get anything approved and done. High turnover rate amongst production operators

    Advice to Management

    Don't stress lean manufacturing and processes to employees and then mandate nonvalue adding processes to be incorporated into the procedure.

    Pros

    Rank and file employees are hardworking, good people.

    Cons

    Very old school in many ways. Work from home and dressing casual was looked down upon and usually not allowed. Suck up to the President and get rewarded. Senior execs paid well and others not so much.

    Like most progressive companies these days, its employees are under pressure to produce....or they are out the door in a hurry.
