    Pros

The employees are the reason that makes the Company a pleasure to work for.

    Cons

The thing that hurts most of the employees that work there is the conversion time from contractor to full time is based on a percentage. Believe the percentage is 70 - 30.

I have been working at Wayne Fueling Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The culture is laid back and mostly positive. High goals are set and attained through team work. Most people seem happy with their positions and there is not a lot of politics and infighting, at least not to an uncomfortable degree.

    Cons

Some procedures are undocumented or poorly documented, leading to confusion. Different software and procedures and parts exist for each product line and are often wildly varying in the way they are made or used or data is managed. Seasonal nature of all oil and gas industry jobs leads to a high percentage of "seasonal" workers, temps who receive different compensation and less benefits, although they are semi-permanent and our hiring pool. It leads to difficulty in retention and in attracting qualified people.

    Advice to Management

Our company culture and morals are in the process of being developed and expanded on - please keep that up and make sure that we make those a reality, not just nice-sounding ideas on paper. Bring back tuition reimbursement. That was a benefit under previous ownership and when the company sale happened, it was clearly states that benefits would not substantially change. It's over a year later and tuition reimbursement was taken away, not replaced with anything else, and is still absent.

    Pros

Good benefits, bonuses with successful business, great improvements on process and documentation, huge strides in better management

    Cons

Software still outdated, still trying to write software on platforms that are no longer supported by the creator, does not seem to be any effort to update the OS platforms

    Advice to Management

End to End will make the difference, need to move to newer OS platforms, the sooner you get to Windows 8 or even 10, the better.

  10. "Financial Controller"

    Pros

Strong internal culture, and a can do attitude.

    Cons

Merger issues, and the uncertainty these issues caused.

    Advice to Management

Keep on consolidating the good work you've done!
