I have been working at Wayne State University Physician Group full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I have a great Boss, I work with great people, we work well together we have each other’s backs. That is because of the great leadership that we have from our immediate UPG supervisor.

    Cons

There is no communication between Administration and the employees who do the work. Problems go unresolved, you can’t get reimbursement if the errors dont quit happening. We need in house coding support.

    Advice to Management

We had great employees who knew their stuff, we lost great people, positions never got back filled, existing employees got burned out trying to do the work of two people. You should have treated employees with respect, appreciated who you had when you had them.

    Pros

Best part of working there was their cafeteria benefits.

    Cons

Management was very insensitive to employees. Over worked and very unappreciated. Management allowed employees to get away with not doing their job and giving their work to the employees who performed up to and above standards. No accountability for employees who under performed. No raise for over 6 years. Many long term employees left the company in despair.

    Advice to Management
