    Pros

    The people that work in the call center are truly genuine. They really do everything that is possible to solve current issues!

    Cons

    Most of the time it is not possible to solve issues for the callers. Receiving angry call after angry call makes it difficult day after day.

    Advice to Management

    Try one call theory. There has to be more planning and forecasting in order to be successful.

    Can't think of any at this time?

    Cons

    Work load, pay scale, respect, leadership (lack thereof). Literally cut salaries by 50% in a matter of 7 days. Anyone who was making $100k/year is now making $50k/year and you will absolutely get no notice from them, instead everyone will be called into the office and told that your salary will now be half what you're currently making then told to have an answer of whether or not you are staying or leaving within 24 hours. LOL wow.

    Advice to Management

    Have a heart? Give notice? Don't cut someone's pay in half then act like it's merely a business decision when rent's are being raised at 9%/year and demand is higher than ever. Greed........

    This company shows alot of favoritism the supervisor is shady and the new director is an idiot. You won't get a raise the pay sucks

    Stop with the favorites u need to be fair across the board u might get in trouble if ur not careful

    Wonderful company; great bunch of bright hardworking folks. Would still be there if not for the merger with Colony.

    Cons

    As a start up, the hours were long but management made up for it with on and off site activities and a generous bonus package.
