I have been working at WealthTouch full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

true team work mentality. Everyone pitches in to solves problems. The work we do is challenging but interesting. It's great working with really smart people too. Best advancement opportunities compared to anywhere I have ever worked. Work life balance is also very good. Management is very accommodating as long as the work gets completed.

    Cons

There are days where the work is tedious.

    Advice to Management

It's a new management team and they are doing a much better job than the last management. My advice is to keep focus and continue to engage the entire company.

I have been working at WealthTouch full-time

    Pros

If you need to build a resume and did not attend undergrad or are starting over, WealthTouch will give you the opportunity to do so. If you would like lots of overtime with overtime pay, it is possible to do that here.

    Cons

Very poor management communication, very poor work/life balance, and no opportunities for advancement. Management changes leadership about twice a year, and has a disjointed plan for the future.

    Advice to Management

Acquire a more accurate view of what is done on the ground level, and a realistic view of what the technology can actually provide for the clients before we sell it to them. Management is very kind here, but not very knowledgeable about the capabilities of the ground-floor employees. The company is way too small for the tiered unawareness seen in corporate environments.

I have been working at WealthTouch full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great employees with terrific spirit. Although the work itself is tedious at times, the Company is always trying to keep employees engaged.

Good work is rewarded through promotions and pay increases.

There has been a significant change in senior management over the past six months and the new regime has taken great strides toward communicating a clear vision to its employees and clients.

    Cons

This is an evolving company that has had its share of growing pains. Management does however strive to identify and rectify issues.

I have been working at WealthTouch full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Many learning opportunities and problem solving challenges inspire me to think from different angles and improve ability to work out. People are nice and friendly and always willing to help.

    Cons

Poor management, no value adding structure to make people grow with the company. Best working people don't get paid accordingly.

    Advice to Management

Building a solid structure for people working there so that they can grow with the company. Value the people inside the company, rather than big heads from outside. Inspire your own people to be better and treat them better.

I worked at WealthTouch full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

WealthTouch is a great company to work for. If you are up for a challenge in an interesting sector, and would like to work in a fast paced environment, then it is the place for you.
Great flexibility, autonomy and relaxed environment helps employees to be more creative
Work in collaborative teams rather than silos - provides huge learning opportunities; the management supports personal growth and promoting employees from within

    Cons

Sometimes, there is lack of clear communication on company vision to all employees - management is good at taking feedback and making the required amends.

    Advice to Management

Effective execution of your strategy with quick time to market.
