    Great first-line leadership, standard benefits for a large company

    I worked at Weatherford Laboratories full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    I was able to travel the world and had a great level of responsibility. Everyone was very friendly as well.

    Cons

    The schedule was very erratic. It was very hard to plan any personal time. I did enjoy the work very much.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing. The schedule could be improved. Also, when traveling abroad the pay and the security could be better.

    They have a variety of projects and very interesting place to work.

    Cons

    their salaries were good, but for interns they didnt pay like other big companies do

    Better packages should be offered for interns

    Pros

    Good place to get your foot in the door for O&G/core analysis. Nice company to work for, balances fine line between small company and large company mentality.

    Cons

    Low pay, not a lot of middle management - big disconnect between employees and upper management.
