    Pros

    good learning experience with the different skills sets of people and to get all kind of exposures to the latest technology being applied and about to applied in oil and gas sector related to concept of digital oilfields.

    Cons

    as it is a new area and not all of E & P company can bear the expenses of such technology and hence you generally not involved in projects from day 1 and hence it give you a lot of useless time and depends on you how you use them.
