    The people here at great, hard working, fun and mostly competent. There is also a strong offering of technology across the various segments.

    Cons

    Senior management is constantly changing. This brings revised strategies which inevitability introduce inefficiencies and process changes that take away from the key priority to generate profitable revenue.
