    Indoor, air-conditioned and relatively clean work environment. Decent hours (if you like working a lot of hours, good for the bottom line)

    Cons

    Unstable management, sometimes very immature decisions are made to prove "points".

    I do a broad variety of tasks in my job function, and I am constantly given freedom to grow professionally and flex my muscles on skills and knowledge. My organization is full of smart and hard working people.

    Cons

    Little administrative support, and each business segment seems to do things their own way. There needs to be unification and processes to streamline.

    Advice to Management

    Proactive steps need to be taken to retain professionals as brain drain is on-going, and we lose a lot of productivity, institutional knowledge, and efficiency with turn over
