I have been working at Web.com full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I love this industry and I've loved working here the past 2 years. Most of the time I made great commission and the benefits/perks are great!

    Cons

We have recently restructured our sales program and the opportunity to earn good commission has been limited.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the workers, recognize when you've made a bad call on recent acquisitions and change direction before it is too late.

I have been working at Web.com full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The company culture is bright. They integrate company-wide motivational campaigns that help me stay aligned with the company values. Once you get the hang of the procedures, it's easy to just come in and do your job at your own pace.

    Cons

The incentive pay plan does not seem like an effective way to balance out the restriction of raises in your position. I really like my position but I feel like I need to look for another job, within the company or elsewhere, in order to make more money. Doesn't feel fair to someone who is hired into the job they want and like.

    Advice to Management

It would feel more cohesive if everyone in the company at certain levels shared the same policy for keeping track of their time. Some teams do not have to clock in and out, while others do.
