      Pros

      Small company, but you work with some very smart people who genuinely care a lot about the product. State of the art of the technologies used for the overall project and very good open mind for adopting new methodologies, new technologies. Smart working, team building and great relantionship among people's team.

      Cons

      Missing the vision to enforce the team with more knowledged people.

      Pros

      -Flexible work hours -Comfortable deadlines -Low stress -It's located in a technology park with many other tech companies. -If you work in the product team, there are good opportunities for improving engineering skills.

      Cons

      -The company is not very open to international people. -As the company mainly uses their own platform for development, it's not possible to learn a lot of different technologies. If you work in the services team, you will spend the majority of your time on the WebRatio platform.
