Coworkers are still the best part of the job

Cons

Since the Gladson acquisition, management has only cared about flipping the company to make more money. They make quick business decisions about teams without fully understanding what those teams do. Constantly saying it’s a flat organization, but there is absolutely no communication.

My former co-workers and colleagues. They were an amazing, dedicated and passionate group until Gladson came in and acquired the company and treated everyone horribly.

Cons

Gladson. Gladson. Paul Salay. Gladson. Paul Salay. The company today has no soul, has no empathy, has no vision or direction. The Exec Team at Gladson led by Paul Salay will be the end of this company.

This company was amazing before Gladson acquired the company. Webcollage had great moral, really smart loyal workers that were there for many years.

Cons

Paul and his team at Gladson are heartless. They do not care about anyone but themselves and money. They let go of most of the existing team. Webcollage will probably not exist by 2019. Horrible moral. Disorganized. No strategy. No one has any idea what they are doing.
