    I worked at Webcor Builders full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Currently growing with new projects coming in the bay area.

    Cons

    You have long hours and then Webcor hours. It is inbuilt in the company culture and the employees to work 12 hours a day.
    Management does not quite support the growth of the individuals. Recently, they added new layer between career path in a way hampering the career. (Senior Project Engineer)

    Advice to Management

    Increase diversity in the employees and go beyond the bay area. Take care of employees otherwise it will continue to have high turnover rate.

    Benefits are competitive with industry standards. IT team is strong and supportive and always looking for ways to improve the current technology.

    Cons

    The People/HR team is scattered and needs a leader who can executive on initiatives to move the company and it's strategy forward.

    Advice to Management

    Take a look at your leadership team. Do they have what it takes to move your company in the right direction? If not, don't wait too long to make the changes needed.

    Unique projects in SF. Lots of experienced people to learn from. Based in the largest cities in California. LA and SF

    Not enough clarity into what the company envisions for your future. Sometimes worried that the upper management is not happy with your work, but doesn't help you to do differently or clarify the problem

    Let your employees know where you see them in 5 years

    Great leadership, benefits, opportunities, projects, and people. The company is innovative and management is willing to invest in people and technology to stay that way.

    Cons

    Company is growing fast. It will be challenging to maintain company culture especially in remote regions. Nothing else to discuss.

    Pros

    - Systems put in place to help you succeed: site walk-throughs, certification classes, employee reviews, etc...
    - Managers challenge you just the right amount, and help you when you need it
    - Impressive portfolio of projects
    - Freedom to try new projects
    - Executive team is outstanding
    - Great location: right off the Caltrain, Giants games are a crosswalk away!
