    Pros

    Amazing internship program. Weekly lunch and learns and constant opportunities to connect with senior leaders as well as employees outside of your department.

    Cons

    Only 8 week program; no return offers at end of summer

    Fast pace, but that’s what a great company does.

    Working on real major clients. I'm not fetching coffee but learning the insight of how a agency operates. Great starting job.

    - Very welcoming environment from day one and they really invest in your time to make sure you get the most out it
    - Inclusive with projects and strive to provide constructive feedback on all work to make sure you are always growing
    - Team members are very welcoming and always willing to help out/provide you with any resources needed

    Cons

    -Some projects can come up last minute so it can be tricky to balance current work load/time
    - Meetings can also switch or come up last minute

    Advice to Management

    Provide more back ground about resources and groups within the agency to make the most of our time (e.g. diversity and inclusion groups, LGBTIA+, etc.)

    -Lots of smart and talented people from diverse professional backgrounds
    -There are many information and education sessions with internal and outside presenters that offer an opportunity for employees to learn and grow

    -Often projects were understaffed or received inadequate attention from busy leadership team members

    Amazing Place to get your feet wet in the industry. Weber embraces creativity and has endless opportunities to learn and grow in public relations.

    Cons

    Only bad if you are one who hates hard work. It's a work-hard play hard environment. All the tough moments are more than worth it.
