    Pros

Flexibility. Great people. Creative. This is a company for the long haul. Make it a career here. Other reasons include the benefits package, team atmosphere, availability to move up the ladder quickly and a great learning environment. It is a large organization, but each office is run differently, so look for the place that's a good culture fit.

    Cons

There aren't many actually. It's a family atmosphere there. Very fast paced, too. So for those who aren't into that, not such a match. Also, make sure you fit in culturally with a firm. That's hard for some, easy for others. You don't want to regret your decision, especially when you need to service clients.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, but make sure that people stay busy!

    Pros

    - Senior leadership is exceptional. They are the smartest group of PR professionals in the community and very generous with sharing their expertise.
    - Great work/life balance, although feeling understaffed now.
    - Many opportunities to get to know others in the office through regular training sessions (Insights) and fun activities (Shanmazing Race)

    Cons

    - Compensation is below market, especially at the starting positions

    Advice to Management

    - Pay attention to compensation. Are we paying market rate?
    - Continue communicating with us. You've done a great job of keeping employees involved - keep it up!

Very collaborative company with solid credentials in all practice areas--healthcare, technology, public affairs, consumer and of course digital which has amazing talent and creds. Senior team is committed to the company's success and that of its employees. Excellent clients.

I worked at Weber Shandwick full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Weber was my first job out of school. The experience shaped who I am today. I don’t believe I would have the work ethic or attention to detail that I possess today if it hadn’t been for my time there. Managers set a good example and took the time to teach you how to do things right. The culture of teamwork is the strongest I’ve ever experienced.

    Cons

Hours can be long and the need for perfection in everything you do can be overwhelming at times.
