Job itself is easy enough. Most colleagues are easy to get along with. There’s also a lot of diversity and inclusion within the people working there.
Cons
Myself and others have had to work under leaders who’s have not treated us right in a multitude of ways, despite going to upper management about it, and so the environment constantly felt unsafe and uncomfortable. It feels as if there’s little to no growth opportunities in the company. It also constantly felt like there was no consistent, reliable, or professional communication given. They claim to be a people first company, but it never felt as though they lived up to that motto.

iI enjoyed the environment in the company also the type of the job as i am interested in the relational aspect and i like being in contact with people. Also the company put in the hands of employees multiple benefits.
