I have been working at Weichert Workforce Mobility full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

None. A lot of promises made up front, but no substance

    Cons

Management is out of touch with technology ,clients and employees. Technology is nothing but work arounds.
Over promise on RFPs without the capability of actually being able to do the work.
Employees then bear the brunt of unhappy customer and clients. Upper management has no problem throwing the employees under the bus. Employees are truly disposable.

    Advice to Management

Rebuild with new management . NJ, Pay attention to other offices and how they are managed. There is always a key component when tings go south. Appreciate the employees. And that does not mean having a ice cream social.

Poorly compensation if not a manager, director or VP
Not very innovative and stuck in past times
No renovations in a very old building. Owner won’t update. Bathrooms are very old and need improvements

    Pros

Many helpful colleagues. Clean office space.

    Cons

Sub-par technology. Time wasted dealing with tech work-arounds. Some management micro-manages and uses unprofessional communication strategies. There's a lot of lip service paid to helping employees excel by managers but the people who actually help you are your peers.
