I have been working at Weight Watchers full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great company to work for if you want to change lives for the better. Amazing team and management. A lot to do but there's still a great work life balance and understanding from management when you need to work from home or balance personal commitments

    Cons

Can get very busy during the holidays and new year but summers are great and you get summer Friday's all summer.

    Advice to Management

Continue the great job of leading and inspiring

I have been working at Weight Watchers as an intern

    Pros

Great company culture. Intern events almost every week to connect interns with each other as well as get to know higher up people in the company. Everyone here is very friendly and wants to help you succeed and grow in your career path. Great place to have a summer internship, they have summer Fridays so you get off work around 1pm. Office was very nice looking as well.

    Cons

    I dont have any cons

I worked at Weight Watchers as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The people were wonderful and creative and there was so much potential. I really enjoyed my time there.

    Cons

The staff was really small and we were expected to go above and beyond due to limited staff- it seemed to be a money making business and wished there was more support all around from office supplies to budget.

    Advice to Management

I felt that everything was on a shoestring. Not sure that has changed but didn't feel there was ever enough of anything.

I have been working at Weight Watchers part-time

    Pros

You get Weight Watchers and E-tools for free. All products (except magazines) are half off. You get to interact and help people with their weight loss journey.

    Cons

Little pay, but I don't do it for the money.

    Advice to Management

The only other con is that some products are expensive and they don't sell. Corporate should listen to those in the meetings to see what can sell.
