    Everyone is supporting and extremely helpful to lend advice or a hand.

    Cons

    Nothing is ever as good or the sales aren't as high because the teams sometimes slack

    Advice to Management

    Get a better staff relationship with reception and leaders to help advance in numbers because some people don't have motivation to succeed.

    relaxed work atmosphere, office environment is like family , everyone willing to help
    with projects and growth in your position.

    Treated their employees very good! Let you accept or deny working on weekends. Let employees out early on Friday's during the summer. Excellent co-workers!
