I have been working at Weinstock Friedman & Friedman PA full-time

    Pros

Great management, great co-workers, rewarding work, monthly bonuses available, lots of little 'thank you' incentives, soon to have ability to work from home, constantly learning, every day presents a new challenge

    Cons

Hours can be a little rough... If customer service is not your forte, this is not the job for you

    Advice to Management

I love the low maintenance, hassle-free atmosphere created here. There is never brow beating or bullying. It is assumed that you show up everyday and do your best as a professional and I greatly appreciate the environment here.

I worked at Weinstock Friedman & Friedman PA full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Free parking. Pretty much it.

    Cons

They do not respect, appreciate or acknowledge your loyalty and dedication which has created a hostile work environment. They do not fill vacant positions. They just continue to pile additional work on everyone else. No HR department so don't believe your concerns will be addressed at any time.

    Advice to Management

What Management? Close doors. They really don't care. Plain and simple. They can't be bothered with their employees concerns or feelings. Seriously pathetic.

    Pros

If you work for WFF's main client, you'll deal with clients in a wide variety of general practice and will be forced to learn quickly.

    Cons

There is very little support and you are thrust into handling issues that you often know little or nothing about and expected to provide competent advice. The firm focuses more on customer service than on allowing attorneys to exercise their judgment and discretion. The clients often have unrealistic expectations about what can be accomplished which often results in unfounded complaints to management about attorneys....

    Pros

Benefits, Profit Sharing, Good work place.

    Cons

Management is not approachable. They say one thing then do another. There is no training and you must learn post procedures on your own.

    Advice to Management

Get involved with your staff. Go find out the staffs strength and weaknesses. If appropriate let the staff know how much they are appreciated.

I worked at Weinstock Friedman & Friedman PA

    Pros

I learned a lot of general law that is helpful in day-to-day life. Made some great friends.

    Cons

The morale at this firm is atrocious. There's always an underlying threat that you'll be fired, since they fire people all the time. People also quit all the time - it's like a train station with all the employees coming and going. The partners treat most attorneys like they are meaningless peons - if you read a positive review on here, that attorney did not work for the main client. There are many fewer of those attorneys...

I worked at Weinstock Friedman & Friedman PA full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Some of the attorneys you work with here will make your time livable and enrich your life forever

    Cons

bad hours, bad supervisors, horrible pay, low benefits, lack or respect, no annual or holiday bonus, poor morale, no training, no growth potential, no assistance, no support, horrible and abusive clients, no discretion allowed, and the list goes on. In short working here is an act of desperation, not something to do if you have any other options. It is soul sucking and will literally steal all the joy in your heart.

    Advice to Management

Stop treating people like they are replaceable commodities and realize that they are invaluable assets that are the lifeblood of your firm
