    Great people in manufacturing , growing company convenient location corporate owned always adjusting to current demands

    Oil and gas company so downfalls hit hard planning system needs upgrading
    Benefits lacking
    Promotions not taken from within
    Suppliers not valued as they should be on some cases

    have plenty of overtime great machines to work on didnt need your own tools

    my supervisor was tougher on 3rd shift.they were better On other shifts

    dont just Move new people on first shift without asking other workers on other shifts if they want that position I work 3rd shift wanted first shift they moved temps on first shift not caring about other shifts
