    They take care of their employees, plenty of opportunity for advancement

    I wish they would reach lower in the organization to get opinions on how they feel the company could improve.

    Great people, good mentors, and opportunities to try new things.

    Poor communication from management team, no orientation introduction to the company, and no progress reviews to let you know how you're doing.

    Pros

    Great cross position training. Laid back hours as long as your work gets done. Wide range of project sizes.

    Cons

    Health insurance costs seem high.

    Advice to Management

    Management should be more open to what the companies future goals are.

    The work environment is really great, flexible hours, managers are very good at communicating with you

    Cons

    As an intern sometimes I finish my tasks and then don't have anything left to work on for the day, however, you just have to communicate with your manager and they will provide you with plenty of things to do

    Good work environment and culture
    Allows for flexible scheduling
    New and updated technology

    Not too much to say, but to allow for employees to get to know each other better, more teambuilding activities.

    Continue to take the time to talk to interns throughout the summer and see what they want out of their internship and allow for it to be a learning and growing opportunity for them.
