    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Weldon, Williams and Lick full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good Employee benefits: Free Medical Clinic for employee's and their family members that are on their insurance. Company bonus - This benefits hourly employees more than salary as any overtime worked also is added in on the bonus figures.

    Cons

Government red tape killed the company sponsored pension plan. Promotions and raises are hard to come by. Once you've hit the determined "top pay" your done.

    Advice to Management

Enforce individual accountability and eliminate the finger pointing. Ignoring the root of problems does not make them go away. Pay your employees what they are worth on the same national scale your business operates on.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Weldon, Williams and Lick full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good pay and benefits if you don't mind being a slave 6mo out of the year, some perks, Christmas bonus, on site clinic

    Cons

HR won't help you, if you have a problem with a supervisor, prepare to be fired or forced to quit, no one will respect you or care if you're being harassed, sexual harassment is a problem, men act horribly towards women, if you're not family you're nobody, your ideas don't matter even if they are good, they will crush your enthusiasm, 80hrs leeway until you're fired, employees at the on site clinic talk about other employees to HR, president talks down to everyone as well as upper management, all managers speak poorly of one another, negative atmosphere

    Advice to Management

Stop harassing the employees, stop yelling and cursing, listen to the employees and make changes or you will never retain any new employees.

    Pros

After reading the cons its tough to say something nice but they do pay well.

    Cons

Around 350 employees in this company and there are a total of about 4 blacks. Fort Smith and the surrounding area must be at least 40% black. Held the N word used on a daily basis when I was there. Compain and your wont last long. Trust me when I say that.

    Advice to Management

The racism starts from the top so It wont change

    Pros

The benefits package was excellent at my time of hire and departure. They actually cared about you and your family.

For them to be the largest ticket printing company in the world, their employees don't get the opportunity to enjoy the entertainment they cater to

    Advice to Management
