    Pros

Opportunity to work directly with executive leadership on meeting goals. Creativity is embraced and there is a great sense of team in each department.

    Cons

Hard to measure your impact on the business can lead to favoritism for raises. Company operates extremely slowly and on Stone Age technological tools.

    Advice to Management

Create a better culture regarding advancement internally that minimizes associate jealousy through measured performance goals.
