Good and Stable company with ok benefits. Try to complete higher education. Dedicated line to help with your health insurance needs.

Depends on your supervisor and department - it si sometimes quite good but at the same time some departments are horrible.

Cons
management does not understand that it's best to be neutral & fair. Also, they don't applaud you for a job well done, but they definitely get onto you if you make a mistake. Gossip is high here also.

It was one of the best in the nation to work. Nice people to work with and very stable company with good benefits.
Cons
The only thing I can say is they rely more on the outsourcing. where they laid off most of the well dedicated, more knowledgeable and good people in the company.
