Teammate camaraderie, career opportunities, collaboration, great benefits.

    Cons

No cons. Company has multiple locations through the US, UK and Canada and would be nice to be more connected with other locations.

I have been working at WellSky full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Essential work especially during the current pandemic. Ok pay when you start but you soon realize the work is worth more than what you're getting paid. looks good on the resume.

    Cons

Baptism by fire. Training is 99% the employee's responsibility and then management questions you when clients say the agent lacks knowledge of the system. Team morale is at an all time low. In less than a year we've lost several people and not enough replacements and collaboration is a joke. Management has known and admitted to all this for years but hasn't done anything but put even more work on the good employees with little to no training. YOU ARE BURNING OUT YOUR GOOD EMPLOYEES!

I have been working at WellSky full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Leadership opportunities; support from management, including top executives; great communication across the business; fantastic and hard-working teammates; and an amazing new facility.

    Cons

Wish we had more face-to-face opportunities with our teammates across the country, but this is an issue present in any global company.

I have been working at WellSky full-time

    Pros

At WellSky, I work alongside really smart people who understand the healthcare industry and who want to make a meaningful difference for our clients and in turn our communities. I love being a part of a fast-growing company that is thriving and well-positioned to continue on this path for many years to come. Leadership is transparent and open to feedback and input from all levels of the organization. They have placed a strong focus on culture - but it's about more than just events and free food - WellSky is a place where people help one another succeed and celebrate each other's successes. I cannot imagine finding a better group of people to work alongside.

    Cons

The company is constantly innovating, so there's always more to do - for me that's not a con.

I have been working at WellSky full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

I have been at this company for more than 7 years. I was part of an acquisition and used the opportunity to change career paths. The growing pains in the first few years have leveled out and the company is now on a really positive trajectory. The past few years have included a supportive team environment, clear growth plans, continuous manager feedback, clear communication from management, investments in training, and building corporate culture.

    Cons

We run lean and mean and are always acquiring companies. There is more work to be done then we have resources for which can require you to set good boundaries with your managers (who are supportive). Not as diverse as I would like but they are aware and working towards that.

UX team is under Technology/Engineering Organization. Lack of direction. Lack of diversity & inclusion in individual contributor and management levels. No diversity in C-Suite. Contractors are treated better than full-time employees.

I have been working at WellSky full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Great Team culture - Mission Oriented Leadership - Ready access to the tools I need to get my job done - Excellent Opportunities to learn and grow - Autonomy to get the job done in the best way possible

    Cons

    - Still working through some legacy software solution issues - Lot of M&A activity which means a lot of integrations which can be difficult at times - A little bit of red tape at times but that should be expected at a company that handles health care data
