    many people in positions that are under qualified or not qualified can make it a stressful day

    check in with employees more often, offer support, hire qualified candidates for management and upper management

    Versatility and places all over to choose from.
    Great benefits. Continually improve work environment and processes. Lots of continue education. Strive for excellent customer service.

    Managers change frequently so a person needs flexibility to keep up with process changes.

    Pros

    The benefits are good. $500 annual mind, body, and health allowance. Great specialist consultation through phone calls and/or messaging. Will be going to system wide Epic inpt and outpt.

    Cons

    Changes made without provider input in offices. Multiple attempts made to discuss with management but no resolution. Can be difficult to get voice heard.
