I have been working at WellStar Health System full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Lots of employee perks and benefits

    Cons

Pay is unfair. People in Atlanta make more than us in LaGrange to do the exact same jobs. Some "perks" are not offered to us in LaGrange, such as the help with the cost of fertility treatments. If your going to offer it, offer it across the board and not just to certain hospitals. Its not fair!

I have been working at WellStar Health System full-time

    Pros

Good benefits, good coworkers, educational benefits, stability

    Cons

Expensive insurance High deductible, high prices for services that Wellstar owns. No breaks when it comes to health care even though the service is within the system. My son works in the film industry and his insurance prices are a fifth less expensive.

    Advice to Management

If Wellstar owns the practice or the machine, give us a break. Many employees forego health care when it is needed because of the expense.
