I worked at Wellness Pointe part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    customers were generally nice
work is easy enough if you have team members who actually do their job

    Cons

Lazy employees (only half the staff did their job and that was generally the managers and maybe 2 other people)
    high turnover rate
only 10 minute break to eat that was constantly interrupted if there were customers

    Advice to Management

Don't create a conflict of interest by befriending the rudest, laziest employee that no one gets along with.
