    Good steady work, no overtime, good about taking time off as long as they know about it, good 401K matching.

    Cons

    Companies Reputation. repetitive work, no one seems to know how one system works with another, boring 1/2 the time...no work to do.

    Good advancement opportunities within the company. Flexible work policy which allows individuals to work remotely in certain job positions based on need. Receptive to new ideas in a constantly changing global market, and encourages the use of "best practice" to increase efficiency.

    Cons

    As with all large companies, it is sometimes difficult to implement change as quickly as one would like.

    Increase the amount and quality of time with your staff to insure that you have a good understanding of the projects being worked on in order to offer helpful suggestions and improvements.

    Great learning opportunities. Good benefits. A lot of available information in the internal websites. Some are really great people and some like everywhere, not so much

    Group thinking is comforting for people who work at the company for a while. New people could find it difficult to find success.
