    Great connections and experience that allowed me to gain many of the skills I need to do my current work under the same position title.

    Some people were a bit under-qualified to work there.

    Great people to work with. Company encourage team-members to volunteer in the community.

    Cons

    The health benefits are horrible. By the time you reach the deductible the new year comes and you start all over. Company doesn't value the loyal and hard working team-members.

    Good steady work, no overtime, good about taking time off as long as they know about it, good 401K matching.

    Cons

    Companies Reputation. repetitive work, no one seems to know how one system works with another, boring 1/2 the time...no work to do.

    Pros

    Good advancement opportunities within the company. Flexible work policy which allows individuals to work remotely in certain job positions based on need. Receptive to new ideas in a constantly changing global market, and encourages the use of "best practice" to increase efficiency.

    Cons

    As with all large companies, it is sometimes difficult to implement change as quickly as one would like.
