I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

Great people to work with overall.

    Cons

Hard to get anything done, as the company is so big and there are too many approval levels. Bad benefits, no bonus for administrative staff. Very bad communication from the top down. Many changes and nobody seems to know what is going on.

    Advice to Management

Negotiate better medical insurance for your employees. Better communication.

      Pros

Pros are the people you work with.

      Cons

Work life balance rarely exists. Unless your manager has life outside work, then there’s really no such thing.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

Flexible. Has opened many doors. PTO. Benefits. Fun. I have learned to think better on my feet. Learning opportunities are everywhere.

      Cons

The job has its ups and downs. Sometimes the workload is very little and I am left bored with not much to do. Other times I am above my ears in work.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 6 years

      Pros

Company offers competitive pay and great benefits. Ongoing training as needed. Employees are encouraged to volunteer in the community and receive some paid time off to do so. There is room for advancement in most work areas.

      Cons

The work can be stressful, especially when dealing with disgruntled customers. Since most branches are open on Saturdays, employees will be expected to work some weekends.

I worked at Wells Fargo part-time for more than 6 years

      Pros

Pros: benefits, nice people to work with.

      Cons

Poor management, not team oriented as they claim to be. Never worked for a bank before and it seemed that a bank that merged so many times made it so difficult, systems not interfacing correctly. Making very difficult to perform your job.
