I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Company offers competitive pay and great benefits. Ongoing training as needed. Employees are encouraged to volunteer in the community and receive some paid time off to do so. There is room for advancement in most work areas.

    Cons

The work can be stressful, especially when dealing with disgruntled customers. Since most branches are open on Saturdays, employees will be expected to work some weekends.

I worked at Wells Fargo part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Pros: benefits, nice people to work with.

    Cons

Poor management, not team oriented as they claim to be. Never worked for a bank before and it seemed that a bank that merged so many times made it so difficult, systems not interfacing correctly. Making very difficult to perform your job.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Opportunity to network, learn, and grow by taking on additional responsibilities and working with a variety of partners across lines of business.

    Cons

If you are not in an area with a large market presence opportunities for advancement are limited without relocation. There are not a lot of telecommute opportunities, but there are many jobs that could accommodate this.

    Advice to Management

There are a lot of self paced and self sourced opportunities for advancement, but it would boost engagement to provide more funding behind team member development and offering this support to entry level employees to advance.
