I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

i love working for wells fargo the company itself and interacting with our customers that call in everyday .

    Cons

i had constantly problem with wells fargo when it was time to be paid one time i went 3 weeks without been paid due to unprofessional processing document in the adp payroll department which is so not right after being involved in 142.billion lawsuit class act they play with people money to much complaints about our customers account being hacked and fraud and account set up with incorrect information that was nevered authorized through the party alot of wrong business going on and i think they should adhere and be responsible for every action thats was taking placed .

    Advice to Management

really need to look into this matter so that it wont hurt wells fargo reputation no more than it already is .

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

-Excellent customer service training, they promote good values that will benefit both the customer and the employee that extends beyond Wells Fargo.
    -Good benefits and pay.
-Very diverse, no discrimination towards customers or employees.
-You will learn a lot in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
-Forward-thinking company, always changing to improve upon itself.
-Due to the challenging nature of the job, they are positive and encouraging and are there to assist you when you need it.
    -GREAT COMPANY

    Cons

    -Stress
-No matter how long you've been here or how valuable you are as a rep, there is lack of a sense of job security if you are not meeting one of your quotas.
-The micromanagement of each statistic can alter the behavior of the representatives, ie: transferring a call when it doesn't need to be or pushing back a transferred call.

    Advice to Management

Quotas need to be less strict, especially the handle time (time spent per call). Excellent customer care is being sacrificed when reps feel demonized and at risk of losing their job over a quota, and alters the behavior of the reps. While the numbers may look good, this helps neither the customer nor the rep. It alters the way team members treat each other as well as the customers. Please make decisions with the reps in mind.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I can't honestly think of one. Decent lunch area that constantly smelled of curry from the IT department next door

    Cons

Never worked with more rude conceited arrogant coworkers in my life. I was assigned a mentor who was never around when I needed help. Luckily I found one guy who would help when he could. Management was clueless from director to sales managers. None of them and I mean none had any insurance experience. They came over from the phone bank. By far the worst job I ever had in my life, constantly thought about jumping out the window every 15 minutes. I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE THIS JOB IF ITS THE LAST JOB ON EARTH, you'll be happier homeless.

    Advice to Management

Learn the general concepts of insurance. Know coverages, know processes, know the basics and quit pawning questions off on tenured reps who don't want to help anyway. No reason for 3 trainers for 1 training class. Took our trainer all 4 chances to even pass the test but he did have a beautiful collection of pinky rings. Close your office already, zero production and extremely negative.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Constant opportunity for over time.

    Cons

    Long hours.
Constant changes (a cycle that would repeat)
    Unsteady/ competent management

    Advice to Management

Train people before tossing them into a new position.
Allow people to stay in the same department to actually get to know what they are doing and not second guessing all of the time.
