    Pros

Wells Fargo has great name recognition in the field which makes it easy to get in the door. Also has regional offices so you aren't forced to work from home in most cases.

    Cons

Very unorganized and constantly changing the way they want you to do business. Mid level Management has very little say in what your people do....I had to get permission from the VP of the company just to get a home printer. (Which he denied)

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Benefits like health insurance is all I can really think of...

    Cons

    Management doesn't get it
Wells prides itself on all the "tools" available to do the job easier and better when in reality there are too many tools, it takes an extraordinary amount of time to locate and utilize anything.
Mortgage quotas unrealistic (unless of course in a strong refi market)
Not enough time from start date to build business referrals before the aggressive quotas kick in.
Training not comprehensive enough for all the complicated systems.

    Advice to Management

Ask new hires after a couple of months for their honest opinion and then make adjustments- ---as is typical with all corporations,
Management does not respect enough the challenges and opinions of the sales staff in the trenches.

    Cons

A lot of busy work, Got lunch and coffee which may be the norm for an intern, Nothing else is a con
