I have been working at Wells Fargo part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Offers career development, bonus, 401k, commission, and if you are in a traditional branch you do not have to work Sundays. Coworkers have became great friends over the branches I have worked at.

    Cons

You have sales goals, and many times it does not matter if the products being sold are beneficial to customers, you are also required to meet Gallup standard surveys in order for the branch to receive a "service bonus." This job is not stable, one small mistake with missing money, and you can be terminated.

I worked at Wells Fargo part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I liked the people I worked with. If you meet sales goals you get a bonus.

    Cons

Mean customers, not flexible with schedule even though it was only part time, and shoves sales down your throat. You have to follow a script that makes you sound like a robot.

    Pros

great benefits, alot of pto, make long term relationships with clients

    Cons

Pay is shitty, bonus should be paid monthly, more incentives considering the crap economy

    Advice to Management

Get your head out your behinds you push too much hence the reason people game and cheat to SURVIVE in the game

    Pros

Great pay and benefits as well as the vacation time that is permitted. Part time employees get all benefits also.

    Cons

As most corporations... employees and customers are last on the list. All they care about is making a profit and will mistreat both employees and customers in order to do so.

    Advice to Management

Need to really think about what they are doing and make more ethical decisions... stop being willing to look the other way just because it will make an extra buck.
