    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Money is good and bonuses for licensed bankers is good. Easy banker hours except for Saturday. Wealth side has a lot to offer clients.

    Cons

Morale, culture, micromanagement, management does what is best for themselves and has no real concern for their "team". Working six days a week is ridiculous.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the bad apples, quit micromanaging and enough with the widgets
