    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Great benefits. There are many different areas of opportunity that you can avail for career growth. Also they care about the community.

    Cons

Very unreasonable sales goals. Car sales environment. They are more concerned about sales goals than the clients best interest. Trainning is horrible

    Advice to Management

They should give a keen look on there sales philosophy. Focus on dollar amount not on units. They should also focus on employee retention
